Hoarfrost Hall

Hoarfrost Hall is an abandoned house nestled in the fingers of the mountains at the northern border of Otorveia. It used to belong to the Polsdicht family. At one point, there were four generations of people living in the house. The Polsdicht family used to be the landlords of the village of Narsk. About thirty years ago, the master of the estate, Girard Polsdicht went mad, and the entire family retreated from their previously active participation in village life. A few years later, two of the servants collapsed outside of the inn babbling and bloody claiming that Girard had murdered the family. The next day, there was a massive blizzard that kept anyone from going up to the house for several days. By the time the local constable went up, the door to the house was frozen shut, and he was forced to break open a window to enter. He found the frozen bodies of the family and returned back to the village confirming the deaths, but not the cause. He then fell ill and died of a mysterious illness. No one else returned to the house. Some children will dare each other to go up to the house, but no one is brave enough to go back.
