For the people who live in the northernmost reaches of Kos, Fluffball Mittens are a necessity during the winter. They're lined with the tail fur of Fluffball Squirrels. They're known for having very dense fur and fluffy white tails. Squirrel rawhide is also known for its very soft and insulating properties. The gloves can be very expensive due to the rarity of Fluffball Squirrels, but they can last for lifetimes. Each village tends to have someone who can make and repair fluffball mittens along with making other items such as earmuffs and pouches.
