This is the largest university in the city of Ekkino in Kealriv. It's a major research university that boasts a sprawling campus with a large faculty and student body. Within the NNC, it's considered to be the top university to attend. The founding of the university predates the NNC. It prides itself on being a center of learning and higher education. The university is dedicated to Khemina, but it's ultimately a separate institution with no direct relationship to any temples. There are multiple libraries on campus, and the university partners with other universities in the NNC to share information.
