The Covenant of the Moons is a religious organization dedicated to the sister moons Magorai and Ilu. The moons have the attributes of balance and guidance. They also believe that the sisters will protect them in the night. Their holiest days are on nights of the double full moon, and they primarily worship under the full moon. Each coven is lead by two women, but anyone is able to become a member. They tend to congregate around moon pools, perfectly circular pools of water that reflect the image of the moon in the still water. They form naturally, and magic from the moons can be channeled most strongly at these sacred sites. Some believe that they're invisible during the day and only appear at night.
