Tyrubeli

A mysterious female halfling first encountered by The Fate Bound on the road to Little Ferry. She is clearly more than she seems to be displaying magical powers, fortune telling ability and uncanny knowledge of people and places. She disappeared, but told the heroes that she would meet them again.\
True to her word, the mysterious entity has returned to visit the Fatebound, often when they most need a respite from a particularly difficult moment in their adventuring careers.
Although they still do not know who or what she really is, they have learned that her name is a combination of the three primal Gods that created Valori, Tyr, Bel and Tuli.
