Tax

The people of USRA get everything that is imported or manufactured is taxed to promote citizens to live off the land or buy things within the country. These taxes help pay for instructor, military and use the money to reimburse back to the people. Every thousand gold saved from imports, the shop owners are given a discount on in-country goods.

Laws

Misdemeanors can be paid off with gold, while felonies are charged a large sum of gold and serve community service for a certain amount of time. Much larger-scale crimes get two years to prove their own innocent if proof cannot be given, then either the criminal gets their head chopped off or gets put into an arena; it's up to the judge.

The main industries of URSA are private military organizations and private healthcare organizations. Both are routinely paired and use both use magic and scientific means for operation. The healthcare industry uses privatized cleric orders, a unique system existing only in URSA.

Infrastructure

The city has cobblestone roads, while the outlining roads are both cobblestone and dirt and any further is just dirt roads. Shipyards are not in the best of conditions since the government puts that on their lowest priority airships are far more efficient when exporting or importing goods. While there are private sectors for medical facilities the government does have a hospital that taxpayers pay for. This hospital is well maintained with both doctors and clerics to help heal the wounded and sick.

Assets

The Glorious URSA Government own many assets. The strong lumber of the nation provides many amenities, supply's and privileges to the people. Metallurgy operated by the Government yields important resources fueling the strong URSA economy. Recruited private military contractors as well as official armsmen guard the motherland and her people with pride. Health services heal the people, banks fund them, land is given and maintained.
