Cartography
The functionality and benefits of Cartographer's Tools has been entirely folded into Navigator's Tools. All features gained from Cartographer's Tools now apply to Navigator's Tools, such as map crafting, geographical knowledge, and any other benefits listed by Cartographer's Tools.
Knack for Direction
You have a natural intuition for direction and distance. You can provide accurate assessments of larger distances, and accurate travel times to cover those distances at a quick glance. Using a number of tricks of the trade, you can almost always determine which direction is North, even without a compass.
Distance Memory
It's nearly impossible for you to get lost when traveling terrain you've already traveled. You gain advantage on any ability checks made to navigate a location, dungeon, or pathway that you have navigated in the past, even if you're now lost. If using a map of the area to navigate, or if you have analyzed a map of the area in recent memory, you gain advantage on Wisdom (Survival) checks made to navigate that area (so long as the map is accurate).
Star Charts
As a navigator, you are have a trained eye at assessing the night sky, and are knowledgeable regarding constellations, lunar progressions (and how they affect the tides), notable stars, and the various ways the heavens can assist in your navigation. Using stars in this way requires consultation with a book of star charts, which you gain as a component of Navigator's Tools. When on open water, or entirely unfamiliar territory, the stars can be used to determine what general region of the world your are currently in, as well as cardinal directions, and even the exact calendar date.
