While worn, you may expend usage of the bandolier during combat to gain one of the three following benefits:

• Ignore the the Loading property of a weapon you are wielding until the end of your turn.
• Reload a weapon with the Reload property costing no action.
• Reload a weapon with the Slow Reload property at the cost of a bonus action.

After being expended, you may spend 1 minute to recharge the bandolier for use. You may wear up to two bandoliers at a time, though wearing more than one bandolier causes disadvantage on Dexterity (Stealth) ability checks due to the cumbersome and noisy nature of the equipment.
