It's presence is that of an over-stitched, patchwork, burlap doll with large buttons for eyes and a tear where the mouth would be. Swords and spears are shoved through where its vital organs would be if it were human. Looking closely at it, you can see that it is not burlap, different pieces of flesh that make up its body and it is stiched together with with veins that have blood pumping throughout them. If Vok is stabbed, or Vok stabs themselves willingly, another being on the same plane targeted by Vok will feel the pain and take the damage instead.
