A shodowy figure with the head of a hyena. He wears armor that forms to his body and is made from the blood of casualties of war and murders that have take place throughout the material plane. Phlaska draws his power from the armor. When war and murder are abundant, so is his power. At times of peace, his armor becomes frail and covers less of him.
