He looks at everything and everyone with adoring eyes. His bright pink and red sklk attire flows gently in the wind with every step, and a bright red head-wrap rests firmly on his head. He has a love in (some capacity) for every thing in the world; living and non-living. He smokes a fragrarant flower from a magical water pipe (the pipe of Devotion). Anyone who breaths in the smoke blown by Kerrish is charmed by the next person they see for 1d4 days; each day their chance of falling in love with that person is increased.

The pipe of devotion is a water pipe that has it's own magical abilities. When a plant with magical abilities is smoked from the pipe, magical powers combine to create an effect. While some of these effects are known, there are many effects that arent. The only way to learn the effects is by experimenting. The results are not always optimal and may prove to be fatal.
