A pale green skinned Yuanti with fish like features, webbed fingers, and gills. She wears a cloak made of the ocean, yet it never seems to get anything that it touches wet. When she is upset, the cloak billows violently tossing around small ships that can be seen in the cloak. When She is happy, the cloak remains still and calm. The cloak directly reflects what is currently going on in the oceans of Vallestar.
