Vaea, formerly Mule Half-Elven

Mule is the half-elf daughter of Erik Jorgensson, a daring Clan merchant from Hafrsted, and an elven thrall. Despite being his daughter, Mule was considered nothing more than another thrall by Erik. Mule was freed from her servitude when Erik was slain by the rebel leader known as Salbei Chainbreaker. Now a free woman, Mule discarded the demeaning name given to her by her human father and took the name of her elven mother, Vaea, as her own.

Vaea was slain by Yrtus the Hand, a savage orc warrior devoted to Ragnarr, god of war and storms, while traveling in the company of Salbei Chainbreaker. She tasted freedom for one precious, fleeting day. Vaea's teeth were given to Danu, an ancient elven druidess with the power to reincarnate elven souls, in the hopes that her spirit may know freedom once more.
