Isulf Thedolfsson
A bent and macabre, yet forcefully bold human, with an unsettling affinity for eating raw carrion, feasts which he shares with the many crows that come to perch upon his stooped shoulders.
Armed with stout sword and shield, he knows his way around a fight, but perhaps his greatest weapon is the strange power granted to him by the Great Crows of Valdryssil, whom he has sworn an oath to serve.
He seems to have some issue with folk from the Bjorksted Clan, and is searching for someone who wields copper handled axes.
Despite his normally grim and macabre demeanor, Isulf seems to have a soft spot for Eiuin (whom he lovingly refers to as "Goat"), the giant Ibex mount of Janicka. On more than one occasion he has healed the beast or put himself in danger to protect it.
Isulf is quite smitten with the bold and daring Tide Wolf captain Aela Bloodkraken, and after saving her life multiple times, has become her trusted first mate, lover, and confidant. She affectionately calls him her "crooked little crow".
Isulf now wields the legendary black blade called Hunger, which he used to end the haunting reign of terror Haftan the Hungry, scourge of Coldlight Fjord.
Isulf parted ways with the Storm Eaters to join Aela Bloodkraken in her quest to take Freyeth's Head to the Sleeping Queen of Lilladenau. On this quest Aela was killed and turned into an undead abomination during the ritual to awaken the Sleeping Queen. Isulf destroyed the undead abomination Aela had become, and then aided in stopping the ritual to awaken the Sleeping Queen before it could come to completion.
With the help of two agents of the Sed Hellen, Isulf killed Bhuerhild the White Death, a daughter of the Sleeping Queen who was hell bent on punishing him for his role in stopping the return of her mother to Valkheim. Isulf then accompanied his Sed Hellen companions to Thaneshall to avenge the death of a fellow agent Siofra, a daughter of Hervora. There he discovered his old companion Svagnir was involved with Siofra's death, but it was an unfortunate act that had to be done to acquire assets needed to end the Third Wormborn Plague. During his short reunion with Svagnir, Isulf freed Worhana from her service with Ana of the Traitors Three. He also learned that the Traitors Three sought to use or manipulate Mabd the She-Dragon and the hag Maeldun into their service somehow, and along with a ragtag band of companions (Siverion, Winter Breath, Worhana, and Signi) decided to go to the Elvish Gardens to stop the plot.
Upon arriving at the Elvish Gardens, Isulf discoverd Mabd had been captured by the Lodge Eldritch. Most of his companions, with their allegiance to the Sed Hellen in the Elvish Gardens, had no reason to continue with him and thus parted company. It is unknown what happened to Isulf as he departed the Elvish Gardens northbound with Worhana by his side and a murder of crows on his shoulder...
