Breg Wind-In-Ears is a warrior that hails from the Grey Ear tribes west of the Throat of the World. He appears to be a highly accomplished killer with dozens of severed ears rotting about his throat as trophies.
Breg claims to no longer be a part of the Grey Ear tribes and has formed a tribe of his own consisting of a small band of other barbarians and their tamed wolves. Breg claims that he and his tribe are beholden only to themselves, and that they live to fight, hunt, kill, and fuck as they please. He hires himself and his band out as guides and protectors in the wild, dangerous lands to the west and north of the Elvish Gardens.
Breg has an intense interest in Janicka and Eiuin, at a near-spiritual level for some reason. He stated that Eiuin was the "queen of beasts".
It was discovered that Breg was an Ulfhednar, a wolf warrior, chosen and blessed by Eika, the goddess of the beasts and the wilds. Breg was killed by the Storm Eaters when he challenged them for the right to be Eiuin's companion.
