Bhuerhild the Hungry
Bhuerhild is the seventh of eight daughters of Ravel. She has icy blue skin, terrible fangs, and a penchant to feed on living flesh. She lives in ice caves and seems to thrive in the cold.
Bhuerhild is a master shapechanger and trickster. She often lures humanoid prey into her frigid lair disguised in another form, only to ambush them and feed up them. A person unfortunate enough to watch Bhuerhild feed on the living is often driven mad with the horror. Bhuerhild uses the corpses she feeds upon in a weird ritual involving silver and water to turn them into grotesque yeti minions which serve her loyally.
Bhuerhild has constructed a magic staff capable of unleashing all manner of powerful ice magic, but the staff was stolen centuries ago. It was recently discovered in the lair of the dragon Scalding Rain by the Storm Eaters. The Storm Eaters traded Bhuerhild's staff to Maeldun the Mangled, Bhuerhild's younger sister. Maeldun claimed the staff was cursed, and that her older sister used it to sodomize her when she was a child.
Bhuerhild was slain in her lair along the River White by a brave band of adventurers that included Isulf the Crow Warrior, Siverion of the E'ren Nen, Winter Breath the Raate bard, and Obi the Bold.
