Salgond

(a.k.a. Mother of Witches)

The legendary figure Salgond, known as the Mother of Witches was an Archfey and hag reputed to have been a trickster whose chaotic actions were beyond the comprehension of even the gods. She avoided directly hurting innocents, such as children, to avoid backlash from the pantheon, but was also known to associate with demigods such as Kaktar and Qyrad.
Salgond was reputed to have mentored Eonanti and was known to have a retinue of night hag and Annis maids.
A successful encounter with Salgond is a matter of luck rather than anything else - possible but unlikely without something to trade.
