Halfling

The Halfling people were created by the god Torm. Torm as with the other races worked with one of his lesser gods Cyrrollalee. Together they created the Halflings and gave them the lands of Falnor. They imbued in the halflings a sense of Tradition and its importance. Cyrrollalee gave the halflings a focus on friendship and charity. To her the greatest good a halfling could do is invite a stranger into their home and provide to them what they need. Halflings were primarily farmers by trade but most of their focus was on the slow relaxing life that their lands could provide.

This lead to a society of strict traditions and a strong communal nature. As the world became more connected the halflings giving nature and inflexibility lead to both economic and structural issues with their society and fledgling nation. When the Helvetii were in need the Halflings gave them a new home and the combination of the Human drive and flexibility and the kindness of the Halflings created the current nation of Falnor.
