The Elven Kingdom of the Blossoming Empire is the responsible for the Southern portion of Valencia. Rolling Hills and Grasslands covered in Beautiful flora and fauna. Owned by the Spring Spire and under the Charge and command of King Dagnir Eladon the V.
unlike there brethren this Kingdom is more relaxed then the other Kingdoms. mainly looking after issues of trade, art and prosperity rather than war. They employ many organisations to help them under their care to manage all of South Valencia. Like the Emerald Enclave, a branch of Rangers tasked to keep humanity and creatures at bay.
The Blossoming Empire also works to let those be free in their rule. Letting the city leaders rule their cities freely and how they want with the caveat of tax being sent to the spire as watchful payment.
If things get dicy the Empire is known to pay for there problems. buying mercenaries and supplies to help there brothers and country. working as a import and export country to support their Elven brothers.

History

When the Elves came to Valencia they placed there spires to close the fey portals they had came threw. putting them within key locations of Valencia and setting up a new city for each spire for there people, that city grew and became a kingdom as their rule and rain began to creep into the natives, they gave structure, culture and wealth to those of the other races. And in time grew to own the lands that they were once estranged too
The Spring Spire mainly worked in trade with this structure. giving the natives gifts and resources and in return getting land and people to be allies with.
