The Araneae
A criminal organisation owned and orchestrated by the Duke & Duchess of Olpoln and the leaders of the Araneae.
Dalric & Beszrima Allieath, Two Drows that found themselves at the right place and the right time. With their skills they ran for a leadership position within Olpoln and managed to become the soul leaders of the area.
The Araneae are known as a trade group that find magical artefacts and old artefacts lost in old ruins within the smaller islands around Valencia, they are seen as treasure hunters with a knack of finding things lost to time.
However this is the public perception of the group, their privet perception is more impressive as they smuggle, thieve, fence, racketeer items, objects and people of importance across the seas. But the Araneae’s eyes have shifted to the mainland, towards the things lost inside temples, ruins and historical places.
Public Agenda
The Public see the Araneae as a government group that help the people, creating jobs and stability within Olpoln.
They know of the treasure hunting aspects of their work but see that as a large hobby of the Duke & Duchess.
