Huginn

Once a myth among the temple of odin and its followers now the Huginn has unveiled itself as a reality to the world. A collection of devout Paladins and Clerics sworn to fighting agents the wicket sight of Undeath and necromancy that plagues the lands of Valencia and threatens the way of life of many people who live peacefully within the chaotic world that Valencia holds. The Huginn are normally seen in dark attire wearing Raven masks, a signifier of Death and the carrying of souls to the afterlife. The Huginn swear to protect the sanctity of life as well as death, making sure that odins will is not spoiled by those trying to cheat death. The Huginn have a lot of power, sway and athority over a wide array of places, having ties with royals and the churches of several religions. Like the Allfather has sway over the gods so dose the Huginn have sway over most religious rulings as well as several political matters. However they do not usually utilise this influence now that their has been several reports of mass hoards of undead appearing within large cities and causing mass panic and destruction they have taken these blessings and this sway to place themselves in a place of power over those Nobles, Guards and Governments that may stand in their way to cure the lands of these undead appearances.

History

The Huginn has been mostly seen as a myth threw-out the ages, a quiet organisation that has been in the shadows taking care of undead and necromantic problems plaguing the lands and then disbanding, leaving into the mists of memory. However with the new incursion and multiple appearances of undead appearing across the lands of Valencia the Huginn has come out of hiding and has shown itself to be a reality and a core part of the Temple of Odin as well as being an authority within most cities above the city guards.
