Dir-Tyrus
The Dir-Tyrus mountains gained their name for the pyres that line these northern mountain where Tyrius Kelas was once held prisoner and eventually where he and Elgorod fought to the death.
They span the entirety of the north, from Cadagon to Sharan. They separate most of the boreal and arctic forests of the frigid north and the more temperate lands of Valdun. All manner of wild beast make their home here along with tribes people that earn their living by hunting. The mountains are also rich various ores - if you can mine them.
