Sword of Vaka - Dormant

Dormant

"We can't change what's done, we can only move on." - Unknown
A small black-bladed dagger, faintly engraved with runes along the grip. Created by the goddess Vaka and gifted to Ergeaux Lyon, The Oracle of Illusion. Imbued with the essence of the universe itself, it is said that the dagger's blade is capable of cutting down any foe. Shines with an unseen power. One of the legendary Artifacts of Vaka.
Godslayer: This weapon gains +1 to all attack and damage rolls. Deals 2d6 slashing damage. Deals an additional 1d6 force damage per successive attack made against the same target (i.e. multiattack). Additionally, this weapon bypasses all resistances and immunities.   Fallen King's Blade: This weapon has the thrown property, with a range of 30/90ft. As a free action, the user can recall the dagger to their hand.

History

Created on the eve of her demise by the Creator Goddes of Wild Magic, Vaka. Gifted to Ergeaux Lyon, The Oracle of Illusion. The only Artifact to have only been wielded by one person, Ergeaux has been the sword's lone wielder for nearly 2000 years. Seemingly having slight sentience, it refuses to attack if anyone else tries to use it without the Oracle of Illusion's consent, teleporting itself back onto Ergeaux's hip instead. Dubbed the "Godkiller Greatsword" after the Sundering, Ergeaux has felled countless combatants with this blade, including mortals, gods, and Oracles; he has never been defeated in a one on one engagement. It's transformative properties and high damage make it ideal for covert operations, allowing it to be easily hidden in a coat sleeve or pant leg. Flipping the sword isn't required to transform it, despite popular belief. Ergeaux just likes to show off.
