Lord of "Port Town," (only he calls it that in order to give it a sense of class, but the residents don't care enough to give the hovel a name.) he is a henchman of (TBA), he is greedy and is able to maintain his rule his via sorcery ability and hired thugs. when he is killed by Rayner, Port Town is immediately renamed Dawn.
