Orla Magilsinan - more commonly known as Orla of Archvale - is the Fenrir representative of the Arcanist's Circle, a global coalition of powerful mages who protect the plane from internal threats by other wizards. Although she has not met the rank of Archmage possessed by the plane's most powerful mages, she is the most prolific pedagogue of young arcane casters in the Occidental Kingdom of Chaelwyth.
