Environs Tiefling

Environs Tieflings are Tieflings who were born by means of magical exposure (such as proximity to a Ley Line or portal) rather than by bloodline. They are substantially more common than Classical Tieflings, as the majority of Uthilithian settlements are placed along Ley intersections.
