Constance Capulet

Constance Capulet is an active member of The Swarm and was set on a journey by the Swarmkeeper to investigate the source of the incoming drug trade into Bina'nahr. In doing so, she sought out rumors of powerful (and solitary) mercenaries to accompany her - eventually, this would become the party of herself, Theodorus Paddlefoot, Captain Scaffa, and Lynette Verostros. When Constance discovered that this was likely the doing of the Venomous Rose, she circumnavigated Chaelwyth as to avoid unwanted attention within the Occidental Kingdom of Chaelwyth. Currently, she's assisting the owners of the Hilltop Bastion with the disposal of the ancient green dragon Conspira.

Sting. Ranged Weapon Attack (longbow), 1d20+11 to hit, range 150/600 ft., one target. Hit: 12 1d8+8 piercing damage.

Dagger. Melee Weapon Attack, 1d20+8 to hit, range 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 1d4+5 piercing damage.

Bonus Actions

Constance has access to the following properties from Sting, which she can activate using a bonus action. The property remains until a new property is chosen.

Envenomate. A creature hit by an arrow must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or become poisoned for the next minute. A creature who fails this save can make the save at the end of their turns on additional rounds.

Necrosis. A creature hit by an arrow takes an additional 2d6 necrotic damage.

Entangle. A creature hit by an arrow must succeed on a DC 18 Strength saving throw or become restrained by vines. If the creature is airborne, they are grounded and take the appropriate damage from their height.

Pinpoint. Constance's accuracy increases substantially at the detriment of her speed. Upon a hit, her arrow deals maximum damage; however, she cannot make any more attacks with her action.

Reactions

Giant Slayer. When a creature of size Large or larger within five feet of Constance hits her with a melee attack, she can use her reaction to attack that creature immediately after its attack, provided that she can see the creature.
