Para-Elemental Plane of Sand

The Para-Elemental Plane of Sand is a region of the Elemental Plane of Earth that is highly suffused with energy from both the Positive and Negative energy planes, thus causing the fine disintegration of earth into sand. It is effectively a vast desert with loose, constantly shifting ground making stable footing quite difficult (if not impossible).
It maintains the heat radiated by the Positive energy plane, and is thus a hot, arid place.
