The kings cloak was originally formed as the kings special forces. Started when he was starting to expand from his original northern spot on the continent. Generally the highest ranked would be the main leaders in his army that reported directly to him. Since the fall happened they have taken to patrolling the continent for cursed children because they started appearing during the fall and now their is no king
How did the King’s Cloak react to their leader disappearing? Like in the moment?
In the moment it was chaos. They fought against the titans of the fall for a bit after everything happened. The leadership was corrupt even when gilfreyus was king. I would say about 10 years after they started focusing on the cursed children. Maybe the sun spider helped clean them up originally and focused them on the children but it corrupted again and now Surat (thunder brother that leads the kings cloak) is dealing with that issue now
Would the King's Cloak have pursued the Titans of the Fall, and any known associates, for a time?
