Sanguinarians

Blood throughout history has had remarkable powers. Healing, destroying and even controlling a person can all be done through blood. A ritual known as The Joining was created to enhance a person’s control over blood during a war in years past. These Joinings used the life essence of creatures of monstrous origin to give the end user more control over life than was originally intended for them. These gifts are rare but are usually kept within a familial line. The original creator of The Joining is ________________________. He created a list of everyone that took part in The Joining as well as members of his team that helped create this hellish ritual.
Some known Sanguinarian skills:

• Can cast the equal of a cantrip but what type seems to vary from user to user, reason unknown
• Heal through absorbing the blood of others
• Create a weapon of their own blood drawn out by inflicting a small puncture in their skin, this weapon can become any variety of weapon based on the users choice.
• Hold a person still by stopping their blood in place, suspected they can fully control the victims actions as well but no known case documented
• Can vanish in a blood mist to appear withing 30 ft
• No known weaknesses or Resistances.
