Orestus Ejjos Demasious Gilfreyus III
The previous King of Tal'drasil that united the continent under his rule.
He saw the asteroids coming in a vision and tried to save his family and nation by gaining more magical power. He became a lich using the asteroid hitting his castle as his Phylactory. he gets stuck in a time loop causing it to go back and forth through time from the night of the fall to present day. Begins Campaign stuck in a jail at the bottom of Risembool. He offers PCs a place at his side. Called “my angel of death” by the Celestial. Has Void Cultists doing most of his dirty work even while he is imprisoned.
He is seen in Kirekwall by the triplets when Morthas invites them back to his city after Sabine's funeral. Gets one wish that he uses to kill all of Titans

Personal history
Before The Fall the King of Tal' Drasil, Orestus Ejjos Demasious Gilfreyus III, was attemtping to unite the four continents. His castle was almost directly hit during The Fall. Dragonborn created The Kings Cloak by sending an elite unit in to stop Gilfreyus after he used the falling meteor to create a phalactory. The dragonborn unit deployed could not defeat Gilfreyus so they trapped him under the city of Risembool. Before stopping him, Gilfreyus killed his wife and prepared her body as a vessel to allow the Celestial (gods physical form), Oriash, a vessel so he would walk the world. The vessel was not powerful enough and the celestial destroyed the body of Gilfreyus. Under Risembool he is trapped in a crystal submerged by running water and surrounded by stone guardians with holy incantations carved into them to stop Gilfreyus from escaping.
. Shino The, an upstart blacksmith in Risembool, traveled to Kirekwall to try to mine some of a meteor from the fall. When he used the material to make a hammer for his smithing, Shino unknowingly made a pact with Gilfreyus. He used knowledge gained from the pact to free Gilfreyus from his prison.
