Narcotic, Ingested/Injected “People have always wanted the Strength of a Dragon. The King's Cloak funded it originally to use for the Dragoon's but could not create a batch that did not cause insanity. When the military banned it, the black market was flooded with what was left and attempts to recreate it” ·         Made from Dragon's Blood mixed with enchanted powdered silver. ·        Must make a DC 10 Wis Save or become paralyzed for 1 round. ·         Every 2 Turns must make a Constitution Save, Starting at 5 and goes up by 5 every turn, on a failed save character becomes hostile to allies, after the failed save the character must take half of their max HP in damage or reach 0 HP to become unconcious. If the character reachs 0 HP they automatically fail one death saving throw. ·         After use the character gains one point of exhaustion that can only be taken off with a restoration spell. ·         When coming to or after the effects, the character must make a an addiction saving throw (wis), each time dragon's blood is used the DC goes up by 2 (max 20). ·         Effects last for 5 rounds if all saving throws are made. After 5 rounds the character does not fall unconscious but must make the addiction saving throw. ·        Alchemy DC: 15
