Swamps have a certain kind of charm to them. They are typically silent and rarely visited. Some people hold these qualities in high regard. For those, that are fond of swamps, Nergulum is heaven sent. It is a land that is almost entirely covered in them. This means that every person looking for a quiet swamp can pick their own. What could be better than that?

Well...the swamps are generally void of other people, but that is for another reason. Swamps are the home for many of the dangerous creatures that call them their domain. So in reality, they are homes for only the bravest.

Terror fly bag

Part of the well know firefly family. Terror flies are native to the swamps of Nergulum. They have a peculiar ability of sensing danger. They alter their lights to reflect the level of danger from yellow to red. You, as a denizen of the swamp, have formed a deep bond a group of Terror flies, where they see you as one of their own. As long as they are fed, they will alert you of impending doom.
