Franz Draco brings together several corporations with the goal of creating an alliance to integrate into a larger ruling government.
It is recognized that there are significant limitations in the current ruling system with each corporation only controlling one or two cities within the nation. The goal behind the establishment of the Enlightment is to bring back global power. By uniting several corporations together, they can increase their power and given time they can eventually gain control of everything. They plan to either conquer or convert every ruling corporation until all that is standing is The Enlightenment.
