The party makes arrangements with Thomul in the Shadow Pit to sell the creatures in the tower. Arvind agrees to work for them as their teleportation wizard so that they can more easily travel to the tower. They sold the spider corpse to the orcs. Shroud, the cloaker, agrees to guard the tower.

Now that the previous owner of the tower is no longer living here, the team decides to make the tower another living option for them. They sell the creatures that were trapped there to the fighting pits except for the Cloaker, Shroud, who agrees to work for them by serving as a guard for the tower. The spider corpse is sold to the orcs which is well received. They make arrangements with Arvind for teleportation services so that they can travel to the tower more easily. Everything is all cleaned up, but they have not moved in.
