The Fey Palace
Within the Cougar Mountain Regional Wildland Park, there is a small empty building that marks a historical site: The Former Nike Missile Base. The structure is unremarkable.
However, there are occasions that a small ring of mushrooms grows near this building. During these times, a person can make an offering to the Fey that live there. If the offering is deemed acceptable, the Fey will open the door to the Fey Palace that is magically hidden within this small structure.
Purpose / Function
This is a place for the Fey to hide within the Mundane world. When outsides are invited into the Fey Palace as guests, they are often tested with puzzles and riddles. Those that are considered worthy are either kept for their safety or allowed to leave. Those that are considered unworthy are killed.
