Question the Doctor

"What were you and LeMere doing?" you ask. "I've been watching Khaiba for him. Khaiba is sick and can't take care of himself. So, I have to make sure that he stays safe," the doctor looks up at you while he speaks. He seems unaware that Khaiba is laying on the floor in front of him.
"Who is Khaiba?" you ask.
"Antoine LeMere's brother, of course!" He looks at you as though you are an idiot.
"He can't see past the veil," Ferdinand says.
"No, he can't." You mutter, thinking what that might mean.
"He was being used," Dallas said. "Maybe even manipulated with magic."
You nod. That's probably true.
"He will have to go back to head quarters. The Research Department is going to have to look at him," you say.
