His body was found, burned, in the building after the fire was contained. He was positively identified with dental records. He is a known arsonist with an extensive criminal history. Authorities say that it is most likely that he was behind the fires and failed to escape with his last fire.
With the final meeting with Mildren Singleton concluded, Franz Draco announced that a new peace negotiation has been reached between the two cities.
