Kiggi

Kiggi, the founding Kobold, gathered together the Kobolds within Seattle by force and herded them down into an area underground beneath the Seattle University to establish Onureth Taoul. He chose this location because he found a young dragon there that he decided to serve. He ruled the Kobolds by force and with fear, using the threat of the dragon to keep his people in line. However, in 2146, Team 8 killed the dragon. This allowed Mashu to kill Kiggi and to take leadership of Onureth Taoul.
