Opvelp

Opvelp is a fortified town in the Underdark near one of the entrances to Havenfort's Nightborough. It is inhabited primarily by Deep Gnomes, but also contains many Flumphs, who inhabit the region of the town colloquially known as Flumphton, as well as a number of Myconids. It is one of the few settlements in the Underdark that openly trades with the surface world, maintaining good relations with the Order of Ash, which has come to Opvelp's defense against Drow attackers several times.
