Nicilia

The only city on the continent that primarily follows the monotheistic faith of the early settlers, Teghneism. It is not extremely wealthy, but not poor either. Its culture is somewhat horde-like, with a significant focus placed on horse-riding, and many of the surrounding communities being nomadic. Its population’s martial lifestyle is what caused it to be the only city on the mainland to not be conquered by the Colossean Empire. They are a somewhat-tribal monarchy that does not practice slavery in the traditional sense, but does often raid their neighbours to extract tribute, and in doing so often takes captives for ransom or indentured servitude.
