Hagios

A considerable trading power with many outposts and colonies in the surrounding lands. It is considered to be the holiest city of the main pantheon. It is relatively wealthy and has a fairly sizeable military. Its government is a council of priests and nobles who elect two co-rulers from amongst themselves. It officially prohibits slavery, but often turns a blind eye to the slavery of infidels and unbelievers. Populated by a conglomeration of species.
