Halein's School for the underprivileged

Constructed on the edge of the Nest by The Most Honourable, Marquess Halein ul Dakkon Velsari du Temperance Michel-Osmanali III, this school provides education to many of the lower classes who otherwise wouldn't be able to afford proper education.
It runs as a charity, children are taken in and provided basic education then funnelled into various apprenticeships or sometimes recruited into the Marquess' own organisation.
The school has a bit of a rivalry with Edea's House of Education, both schools came about during a confusion between which school was which and that confusion still to this day sometimes sees funds, staff or paperwork ending up at the wrong location.
The Knights of the Road tolerate the school, in particular Merry Shiv watches over it and makes sure the school is allowed to operate.
