An October Hike #19: Enter The Depths

For a moment we forget ourselves. Lie there in the crammed tent, wriggling, kissing. The noisy fabric of his jacket doing what it can to ruin the mood. Why hasn't he taken it off yet? I pull away from his soft, sweet mouth.

"Are you sure?" he asks. Still holding back for some reason. Is it to protect me, or is his doubt about my kind getting to him?

"Very," I whisper with conviction, as I grab his hand, and lead it slowly down my neck, and his fingers play as they softly cross the ridge of my collarbone.

"Okay then," he softly speaks, while I guide his hand in soft circles.

"So, now that you're in my lair, what will it be?" I purr quietly, feeling like a horned up black widow, playing with her food. Not my usual role, but I think I sort of like it.

"Everything," he answers, as he kiss me, and his hand enters the depths of my sleeping back.
