Lord William Holliberry

Lord William Holliberry, the former head of House Holliberry and leader of the Osterglen community was one of the founding members that signed the Glenhaven Compact after the Bleakwinter. He delivered a speech to the people gathered at the signing, telling them that the Compact would ensure that "the three glens will no longer bicker with each other over land" and that they would band together "in fellowship, in peace, for the common wealth of all men".
