Esi-kurre, the Squirrelfather

Esi-kurre is believed to be the father of all squirrels as well as the planter of the First Tree and the other grandfather trees in the northern reaches. Chief deity of the Church of the Trees, as well as being worshiped by the majority of squirrels regardless of religion. In addition to being god of the grandfather trees, he is revered as the patron of wanderers, hoard-keepers, and messengers.
