Count Feldor Falonde is part of an ancient family that founded the famous Port Falonde. The Falonde family never fully supported the Blacktree-Fjall Alliance and are well known to have purposefully profited by progressing the criminal underworld. The Count is one the last to survive in the main line of his family but is well known and feared by many throughout his region.

Count Falonde desires nothing more than to expand his influence from the criminal underworld into a new nation. He is facing difficulty as his Kobold minions are leaving his service for new opportunities in the newly found Urazdamese Empire.
