Personal History
Her family legacy is not what you'd expect for a student of the Academy. Her parents had been ruling the biggest farm in the country, not the standard family farm that is so prosperous that they can sell or share part of the production, but a proper business with several employees and clients, based on deadlines and carefully thought prices. As Scarlett grew up, so did her responsibilities. She learnt what makes plants grow in a difficult region, and what can kill the strongest of animals. She was educated in classical finances, and prepared to control livestock. When coincidence brought her to the school, she was starting her training leading people, but she had been learning about it all her life by watching her grandfather, her parents, and her older brother. At first she was reluctanct to come to the academy or interact with anyone working or studyng there. But as soon as she was presented with all the different career paths they taught, she decided that she could use some elements of each.
