The Void lord
Very little is known about the Void Lord before he showed up at Voidcape. What is known is he was a Kobald sorcerer with a proclivity toward lightning-based magic and was at least thirty when his party arrived in Voidcape, looking for some ancient power. He was just another adventure till his return at the head of an undead army, black veins glowing through his blue scales.
The Void Lord was seen as a cruel tyrant who rounded up citizens from the area forcing them into camps to build his towers. Ruling the town with an iron fist, he almost drove the smuggler element out, forbidding the town to be used as a staging point for adventures into the Mire. After his tower's construction only his magic and spectral enforcers were seen, the Void Lord himself restricting himself to the tower.
Ruling for a little over one hundred years his reign was ended, though many believed him long dead when the tower was destroyed by a strange weapon from the ghost ship.
