The Shadow King

The Shadow King is the ruler of the lower rings, and is said to sit upon a black throne within the clack citadel. The Scourge's second in command, the scourge is thought to have been involved in the first two crisis, even believed to be the shadow king that broke seal seven in the second crisis.

Origin myths

The Shadow King has two separate origin myths. The first says he is the son of the Scourge and a dark primordial, and that his father taught him in the ways of dark magic. Eventually becoming powerful enough to create a domain of his own.
The second is that he was a mortal who committed a cardinal sin of the soul, though the exact sin has been forgotten. In doing so he became the first Lord of Sins. In both cases he's a pupil of the Scourge, becoming his second in command upon becoming the shadow king.

King of Sin

The Shadow king rules the lower rings as his own personal playground, doing what ever he wants when he wants. This leads to friction with the other nobles, though they are subservient to him. Though some don't act like it.
The Shadow King has also gone to Undinia when bored and created Soul-Sworn, that he can then torment for eternity. Though these deals seem increadbly favourable, they are never worth it in the long run.
